Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)

We accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship jewellery under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Return item within: 30 days of delivery

Return conditions

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Tracked shipping is strongly recommended
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

How should I care for my jewellery day to day?

Product Care

Your Dimis Designs ring is made to be worn often — and kept for life. Each piece is handcrafted in solid precious metal, chosen for meaning, longevity, and daily ritual.

Daily wear

  • Put your ring on last, after perfume, lotion, or hair spray.
  • Remove it before exercise, heavy lifting, gardening, or cleaning.
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, sanitiser, or strong cleaners.

Cleaning at home

  • Mix warm water with a small drop of mild dish soap.
  • Soak for 5–10 minutes.
  • Gently clean with a very soft toothbrush or cloth.
  • Rinse well and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Avoid toothpaste, baking soda, or abrasive cloths, as they can scratch the surface.

Caring for your metal

  • 18K Solid Gold: Strong and ideal for daily wear. Light marks may appear over time — this is natural and part of the ring’s story.
  • Platinum: Exceptionally durable. It develops a soft, lived-in patina that many people love.
  • Black Zirconium: Modern and resilient. Avoid hard knocks and abrasive surfaces to protect the finish.

Storage

  • Store your ring in its Dimis Designs keepsake box or a soft pouch.
  • Keep jewellery separate to prevent rubbing or scratches.

Polishing & lifetime care

Fine jewellery lives with you. If you’d ever like your ring refreshed, we’re happy to assist with professional cleaning and polishing to restore its natural glow.

Engraving note

Your engraving is intentionally subtle and personal. To keep it crisp, avoid abrasive cleaning methods and harsh polishing at home.

You can use our Sizing Guide. We also offer one complimentary resize within one year of delivery.
How long until I have my jewellery?

What is your Return Policy?

For non-custom pieces, we gladly accept returns within 14 days (Australia) or 28 days (International). Please ensure your item is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or engraved pieces are made especially for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty.
