退款政策
Effective as of 1 July 2025
At Dimis Designs, every piece is made with care, and we want you to love yours forever. We understand that buying fine jewellery is both a meaningful and personal decision. That’s why we’ve crafted our return and refund policy to be respectful, fair, and transparent.
Custom, Engraved & Made-to-Order Pieces
Most Dimis Designs pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. This includes:
- Engraved jewellery (e.g. Gratitude Bands)
- Bespoke, customised, or made-to-order designs
Please note:
These items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If your piece has not yet gone into production, we may be able to cancel or amend your order — please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items)
We accept returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship jewellery under the following conditions:
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Tracked shipping is strongly recommended — we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels
To request a return, email us at hello@dimisdesigns.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
- If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at hello@dimisdesigns.com
Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize on most rings within 30 days of delivery.
Important Notes:
- For engraved or custom rings, resizing may involve additional time (due to re-engraving or partial remaking)
- Buyer is responsible for both-way shipping costs
- Additional resizes beyond the first may incur a fee

Repairs & Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description

European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your item is shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window (from date of delivery), with or without reason, under EU consumer law. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Please note: This right does not apply to customised, personalised, or engraved items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Customised, bespoke, or engraved items
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
