How do I find the right size?

You can use our Sizing Guide. We also offer one complimentary resize within one year of delivery.
How long until I have my jewellery?

Each piece is crafted slowly and intentionally in our Brisbane studio.
Please allow 2–8 weeks for making, plus shipping time.

Need it by a special date? Email us — we’ll do everything we can to make it happen. You’ll be notified of any delays.

What is your Return Policy?

At Dimis Designs, we take pride in offering more than exquisite jewellery — we provide an experience built on trust and confidence.

For non-custom pieces, returns are gladly accepted. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Custom or engraved pieces are crafted especially for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its progress. Simply use the provided tracking information on our delivery partner’s website to stay updated on your shipment.
Is your jewellery real gold?

Yes. We use only solid gold and platinum — never plated, never hollow. Each piece is crafted from pure, precious metal, made to hold its value and be passed down for generations.
Is your gold ethically sourced?

Yes. All Dimis Designs jewellery is crafted using responsibly sourced precious metals supplied by Australian partners accredited by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). Our gold is primarily refined from recycled materials or sourced from accredited mines and bullion dealers, ensuring ethical practices, environmental care, and full supply-chain transparency.
