Each piece is crafted slowly and intentionally in our Brisbane studio.
Please allow 4–8 weeks for making, plus shipping time.

Yes — we’re honoured to deliver our pieces worldwide.
Orders over A$2000 are insured.
Please note that Dimis Designs do not cover any additional taxes or import duties applied by customs at the destination country, both of which are considered the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian Export Regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise.” As a business, we are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.

This will vary depending on the recipient's country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

For all Australia Post shipments, your order will be taken to the nearest post office and can be collected with relevant ID.
For all courier deliveries, your order will be taken to the nearest depot. Should this happen, you will receive instructions on how to collect your package.

All online purchases come with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
Dimis Designs will cover the cost of reasonable repairs, and shipping will be covered if the piece is found to be faulty.
If a piece shows signs of external damage caused by something other than normal wear, a repair fee will apply.
Please note: any repairs or customisations carried out by another jeweller will void the Dimis Designs warranty. We strongly recommend returning your piece to us for all repairs and resizes, as we cannot take responsibility for work performed by external jewellers.

Our jewellery is made only with solid gold and platinum, so it will not tarnish like plated pieces. Because solid gold is blended with small amounts of alloy for strength, it holds its rich colour for life.
With daily wear, you may notice a natural patina — a soft change in surface texture that many consider part of the piece’s beauty and story. If you prefer, this can easily be polished back to a high shine.
Every piece is heirloom quality, crafted to last for generations.

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Yes. We use only solid gold and platinum — never plated, never hollow. Each piece is crafted from pure, precious metal, made to hold its value and be passed down for generations.
Why can't I select 9ct gold for my ring?
Why can't I select 9ct gold for my ring?
We don’t use 9ct gold because it contains a lower percentage of pure gold (around 37%) and will not hold its colour or strength as beautifully over time.
Instead, we craft only in 18ct (75% pure gold) and 22ct (91% pure gold). These higher carats are richer in colour, stronger in structure, and designed to last — creating heirloom pieces to be treasured for generations.
